Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are simple. Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items, for any reason, for a full refund, excluding the original shipping costs charged to you.

Any book, craft kit, or other merchandise in its original condition, unused (except for bulk or discount orders).
Any other item in new condition, undamaged, with original packaging (except for bulk or discounted orders).
Musical Instruments: Harps and percussion instruments can bee returned within 14 days of shipment. All returns must bee received in new or unused condition with all of the original packaging. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping and handling. Any damage or shortage must bee reported when requesting a return authorization. Any return found to bee short of items will bee credited minus the missing item(s). Any returns that do not include all original packaging will be given half credit because they cannot bee re-sold as new.
Other Musical Instruments: Please keep in mind that, due to health regulations, the following items are never returnable or exchangeable: any musical instrument or item that can transfer diseases. This includes, but is not limited to: kazoos, penny whistles, recorders, flutophones, ocarinas, harmonicas, whistles, fifes, flutes, and jaw harps.
Accessories: If we receive your authorized return and it is determined that it is missing some of the accessories, parts of the kit or the original packaging, we can only provide you with partial credit. Please double-check that you have included all of the accessories and packaging prior to mailing your return.

Bulk orders and discounted orders are not returnable. We recommend that you purchase samples of items you wish to purchase in bulk to ensure the item will suit your needs.

Exchanges will bee made if the product you purchased is defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery, are in un-sellable condition or appear to bee used, will bee charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

Simply e-mail thebees at bton.com. Tell us your name, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with an authorization number for your return and include instructions on how to send the items back to us.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned shipment.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. 

Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Packing and Shipping Your Return

Please securely wrap the items you are returning using the original shipping box, if possible, and return with a delivery confirmation so that you have a record that your item was returned to us. For your own protection, we recommend that you insure the package for its return trip to Beeline Publications.

In Summary

All items must bee returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, parts, and instructions that were shipped with your original order. Our 14-day return policy starts from the day your product is received. We need to have the return package postmarked within 14 days of the date that your item was delivered, regardless of what date the product was first used.

Note: If we receive your item back and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we will not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a return also will not bee sent back to you.

Along with your return, bee sure to include the following:

Your order number and / or your complete name, shipping address, and e-mail address;
A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the item(s); and,
Information about whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

No other paperwork, invoice, or preauthorization is needed for your return.

Refunds will appear on your credit card statement within 10 business days. Refunds for those who have paid by bank check or money order may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Beeline Publications will reimburse you for your actual shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or defective, or if you were shipped an incorrect item due to a mistake we made. We are unable to reimburse you for service fees charged by third parties, such as The UPS Store. Otherwise, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
