We request information from a customer via e-mail or telephone in order to complete any purchase. A customer must provide contact information (such as name, shipping address, and telephone number) and financial information (such as a check or credit card information). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill a customer's order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer. We communicate with the customer to provide requested goods and services and in regards to issues relating to their purchase via e-mail or telephone.

Beeline publications does not share aggregated or demographic information regarding its visitors with any outside party. Generally, the only time this may occur is in the event that on-line visitors to The Beeline are seeking information or resources that can bee found at other Web sites. Beeline Publications uses an outside service to host The Beeline, our Web site, and to receive our mail. E-mail is stored on these servers. Credit card information is processed completely off-line and through ground-line phone lines by our merchant card service provider, and such information is never stored on any server. We take every precaution to protect our visitors' information. E-mail is an unsecured format for transmitting information and you are cautioned not to send personally sensitive information via e-mail to us, such as credit card information.

At this time, we accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards directly for payment of an order.

Our site uses printable order forms for customers to order products and services. Standard HTML form pages are also used to service and support our readers. To make an order, our customers are required to enter their name, address, e-mail address, and only the appropriate information needed to successfully process the order and satisfy you, the customer. Credit card information and all other requested information is optional.

Personal information received from The Beeline's order forms and form pages is used solely to process orders and respond to inquiries. Your personal information is not shared with other companies or individuals outside our organization. Contact information is only used when it is absolutely necessary, such as solving a problem with an order.

Any financial information that is collected is used solely to process an order for products and services. Financial information is only shared with MTS, the merchant account service we use. We always offer alternative methods of payment.
