Ordering Info

To place an order, simply e-mail thebees at bton.com and include:

Your name, the item number(s) and quantity you want;
Your name, e-mail address, shipping address and telephone number (in case we need to contact you for more information about your order);
When you need to receive the items (please provide a date, if possible);
How you want to pay for your order (see Methods of Payment bee-low);

If you would like to pay by MasterCard or Visa, please provide your telephone number and a convenient time for us to reach you. Or, you can fax your order using our printable Order Form.

Do not include credit card information in your e-mail!

Once we receive your e-mail, we will confirm your order by e-mail reply and confirm the item(s) and that the quantity needed is in stock. We will also provide a quote in the total prices for shipping. It is very important to include your shipping address and telephone number with your order.

We respond to all orders within 24 hours, often immediately. If you have not received a response from us, please e-mail again! Unfortunately, the Internet is not perfect, and e-mails can bee lost along the way. This is especially true for AOL users.

You can call us with your order anytime! Our phone number is 1-812-339-4500 (we are working on getting a toll-free number). Please leave a message if you get our answering machine and tell us what time you would like us to return your call. There is also an e-mail form bee-low to do this so you don't have to make a long-distance phone call.

Our business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time (Central Standard Time when Daylight Saving Time is in effect).

Many ways to pay: We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards as well as U.S. bank checks, cashier checks, and money orders (Western Union only), payable to Beeline Publications in U.S. funds.

If paying by credit card: Please provide your telephone number and the best time to reach you in the e-mail. We will call you to complete the order. Again, you can fax your order using our printable Order Form.

International orders: Orders from outside the U.S. must bee purchased with Visa or MasterCard. (Sorry, no checks or money orders are accepted from outside of the U.S.)

Sales tax: Indiana residents must add 6% sales tax.

Returned check policy: In the event your check is returned unpaid for insufficient or uncollected funds, your account will be debited for the check's face amount plus a returned-check processing fee of $35.00 (or maximum allowed by law).

Checks and money orders can bee mailed to us. Simply print out the Order Form, fill in the appropriate information and mail it along with a check or money order to:

Since we do not have a toll-free telephone number, you can use this form and have us call you when it is convenient for you. Rest assured, the information you send is for internal use only. No one else will receive anything you send us!

Important: Bee sure to type in the correct information so we can contact you.

We always try to ship your order within 24 hours after confirmation of payment is received. A large order may take an extra day or two. Orders are usually shipped via United States Postal Service's Priority Mail, insured, and with delivery confirmation. Large or heavy orders are usually shipped via United Parcel Service. Once we ship your order, we will let you know by e-mail and include the UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number, if applicable, on the package.

International orders: The same shipping policy applies, except that shipments will bee through the United States Postal Service and will bee either air mail, Global Priority, or Global Express, insured. Actual freight charges will bee added to your credit card account. If you would like, send us your order, and we will send you a quote for shipping and handling.

Out-of-stock items: Occasionally, an item will bee temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, we will notify you by e-mail so that you may decide whether to cancel the item or place it on backorder.
