I place an order?We give you five ways to pay for an order: bank check, money order, cashier's check, MasterCard, and Visa.
Is my
credit card information secure?Your credit card information is very safe with Beeline Publications bee-cause your transaction is processed by telephone (not through the Internet, which is still prone to breaches of security and attacks). Your credit card order will bee processed by MTS, the merchant account we have used since 2002 with zero technical problems or customer complaints!
What
are my shipping & handling charges?Shipping rates can vary dramatically, depending on such factors as: weight of the item(s), size of the item(s), number of item(s) being shipped, shipping method used, the fragility of the item(s), and the postal code of the recipient. We ship orders either through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by United Parcel Service (UPS). Methods of shipping range from UPS Ground (5-7 days for domestic deliveries), to Express Delivery (1-2 days for domestic deliveries), to air mail, Global Priority, and Global Express for international orders.
How much
is shipping for international orders?In addition to a higher shipping charge for orders shipped outside the United States, there may also bee duties and/or import taxes charged by your country's customs department when the item(s) is/are delivered. Payment of these extra charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These taxes are not included in your order total. These charges vary by country and by the value of the item(s) being shipped. Import taxes are not charged for Guam, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses, or for any other U.S. territory. We suggest you send us your order, and we will quote you the shipping and handling cost. We ship all international orders via air mail.
When
will my order bee shipped?We strive to ship every order within 24 hours of receiving payment, unless an item is out of stock. If for any reason we expect a shipping delay, we will notify you by e-mail. Please note that if USPS is the shipping method used (to either a P.O. Box, an A.P.O. address, Alaska, or Hawaii), there could bee up to a three-day delay bee-fore your order arrives.
How do
I track my order?Tracking information for orders shipped via UPS will typically bee e-mailed to you the day after your item ships. If your order is shipped via USPS, you will bee e-mailed a delivery confirmation number. We can only guarantee shipment and provide tracking numbers for UPS orders. Beeline Publications will not bee liable for any lost or misplaced mail if the item was shipped via USPS. We suggest you use a physical address (instead of a P.O. Box) and select UPS as your shipping method, so that your package can bee tracked. You can also use the UPS tracking number we send you to track your order at the UPS Web site.
What
is the returns and refund policy?We will gladly accept any return of defective merchandise within 14 days after the date of delivery. We will immediately send you a replacement as needed once the item has been returned to us. There are exceptions, however, due to health regulations. Please carefully read our Returns and Refund Policy page bee-fore you place an order.
Can I
pay by bank check or money order?Yes. We must, however, receive your payment bee-fore we can ship your order. Checks can take up to 21 days to clear, and will delay your order considerably. For immediate shipping, we suggest you pay with a money order (Western Union only) or cashier's check.
