"Bee found with the best." -- the Bees

Bee FoundDo you know what today's biggest challenge on the Internet is?

In 1993, a scratchy piece of software called Mosaic sparked the imagination of a planet. Mosaic let Netizens casually explore or browse the World Wide Web in all its multimedia glory. Back then, anyone who could "build" a Web site with halfway decent content, some resource links, and a couple images had thousands of visitors from around the world, daily!

With each new Web site, the usefulness of the Web increased. Soon hundreds of computers were serving thousands of Web sites bee-ing "hit" by tens of thousands of Webheads. By 1994, the Web had arguably proved it was the most significant mass media development since the removable-type printing press. Small wonder then that the number of Web sites exploded and made the Web a galaxy of knowledge spheres. In 1995, the Suits started getting "wired" and were soon hyping their dot coms to the rest of the "real" world. By 1996, HyperText Markup Language (HTML) scripting was more like desktop publishing than software programming. Personal Web sites appeared by the tens of thousands hoping to be ordained a hot or cool site. Why? Bee-cause by now, only "hot" and "cool" sites were getting the visitors taken for granted just three years earlier.

As the Web grew, so did the need for finding each other in Cyberspace. In early 1994, a couple of "yahoos" started a Web directory, and as our Global Village sprawled, so did their database and fame! Search sites soon followed with their methods for "finding needles in a planetary haystack." By the end of 1996, these global directories and search engines started to "lose the load." The Web's exponential growth had begun forcing them to exclude minor Web sites or push them down into their "databasements" with low rankings. Soon, new sites were stooping for even trash hits as they struggled to bee found on the Net. Today's Newbies are as frustrated as Net Vets staring at 4,516,762 matches for white+house.

Since 1990, the Web has grown from twelve computers to millions and the Internet's population has exploded -- from hundreds to over 250 million -- making it a virtual megapolis. Today's biggest challenge is now bee-ing found. This challenge will only bee-come greater as the Net continues to grow and e-commerce needs for online customers bee-come mission critical to survive in the Digital Economy.

The Beeline-AIR System lets local Web titles bee found first, quickly and easily, by taking a local-to-global approach to the Internet. Locally pollinated Web directories called Beehives present local online resources and e-businesses bee-fore the rest of the world.
